We’re a family-owned drainage and landscaping company based in Central New Jersey. Every project is planned and installed by us — Dawn and Tom Tye — with occasional help from our two sons, Nick and Andy. When you hire us, you’re working directly with the people who design the solutions and do the work.

Our mission is simple: solve difficult rainwater drainage problems and create colorful, low-maintenance landscapes that make homes more usable, inviting, and beautiful. From French drains and dry wells to planting layouts and outdoor living spaces, we focus on practical solutions that perform well and age properly over time.

Dawn is a certified landscape designer and provides custom landscape designs and architectural drawings when appropriate. Every design is tailored to the specific home and site, blending curb appeal with long-term function. These plans guide the projects we personally build and install.

We specialize in residential drainage systems for properties where water can’t be discharged to the street, as well as landscaping and outdoor construction that works hand-in-hand with proper drainage. Because we do the work ourselves — no dropped-off crews, no salespeople — every detail is handled with care from start to finish.
